Prime Minister Encourages People to Exercise

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Sen has encouraged people not to forget exercising to prevent Covid-19 disease. In a post from his Facebook page on Tuesday, the Prime Minister can be seen doing an exercise. He has given emphasis on people undergoing quarantine. He says, different exercises are a great help to keep the body health and of course, the exercise should fit to a person’s age to avoid injuries.

Prime Minister Hun Sen has revealed that he has managed to maintain his weight between 76 and 78 within the last five months. Previously, his weight was 87 kilograms.
